12# Amazing Cowtown Half-Marathon Finisher
Lisa set a Goal to run a half-Marathon at Cowtown in Fort Worth,TX , She worked hard and set out to accomplish her goal. I'm proud of her as she continues to succeed..We can see how much it means to her to keep going!

11# Fort Worth Cowtown 5k run with tomfoolery
My Brother,Sister-in-law and friend Donna head to the Fort Worth Cowtown 5k ..It's a great event with a huge number of runners. I wish i was able to do the event but it's nice showing their journey and excitement. Over the past year they have both lost considerable amount of weight from running and diet. They continue to push forward and try to get faster and go longer.

10# Adventure Time @ TMS DUATHLON
Chris and Lisa head to Texas Motor Speedway for a RUN - BIKE - RUN (Duathlon). Lisa has another great milestone and Chris does his first Duathlon with a decent start but a Blah finish..(I learn something new every time). They had a great time and mark another awesome event participating with some amazing (blazing fast) male and female athletes. Faster is our goal and we are on our way!

7# Chris meets up with Texas Triple Threat 1 of 2
Chris head's up to Carrolton,Tx to meet up with Todd and Kristen Codish of Texas Triple Threat.
Todd and Kristen have a wealth of knowledge and experience training triathletes around the country.
Part 2 will have more testing details and teaching ideals from the coaches.
This is part 1 of 2, The cycling portion lasted about 30 mins and starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool down. I had a great time talking about the possibilities/training ideas they have, I will be showing you more footage with the Texas Triple Threat team in the near future.
